Why should you work with me on what is likely one of your most important transactions?

Before I found real estate, I was an accounting manager (financial accounting, not to be confused with an account manager) and human resources administrator for a $385MM PE fund. From there, I worked for nonprofits and community-based organizations, primarily in development roles – this takes sales and excellent communication skills. I have a big heart for community and service, so I continue to donate a portion of my commission to charity. In addition to real estate, I am privileged to work for a well-respected construction company (preconstruction and marketing). Do not let my full-time work scare you. I work with one client at a time, so you have my full attention. I worked full-time while obtaining my degree and graduated on the Dean’s list. Being organized, good at time management, and adept with technology will make you feel like you are my only priority.
I obtained my real estate license on July 7, 2020 (during COVID-19). No matter where life takes me, I will always practice real estate and uphold my license with great respect. Real estate is a very personal matter—I enjoy helping people meaningfully, and it allows me to give back.
Giving Back
As mentioned, I donate 10% of my commission to charity. I automatically allocate 10% of each commission check to an account. Donations are made as directed by clients, or if I am not directed, the funds are set aside for causes as they arise. I am grateful for everything. Life isn’t easy, but for many, it’s unimaginably hard – I’ve seen so much despair in my community alone; it’s heartbreaking. I also have a big soft spot for animals (meet my cat Lucy).
