Another Friday is here! Last Friday was fantastic, I was able to shadow property showings for someone looking for a townhome rental. I learned so much on this one day. I love learning. I pay attention to questions asked and absorb answers. I want to provide the highest level of service possible for everyone, I take every learning opportunity seriously.
All questions are important. Even those that might seem of little consequence to an outsider. A question that seems unimportant from an outside perspective, might be VERY important to the person who is asking it. That person’s life experience makes all the difference. Pay attention to not only the question, but how it’s asked–even and especially body language.
This Friday, I am not showing properties. This week has been more focused on research, communication, and education. Again, I love learning new things. Especially because I am so newly licensed. I think this is the benefit of being new–eagerness. No task is too small or too large, I know I’m learning valuable lessons with every task.

Responding to people promptly is important–it’s a matter of respect. Even if the response is to say that I do not have the answer now, but I will have one soon. If I give you a time frame, it will be adhered to. If I don’t know the answer, I have no problem asking someone. I have plenty of resources for information. Besides, that’s another opportunity for me to engage with someone–another thing I love, engaging with people!
